In March 2020, the Marshall family launched Families4Families as a way to address the critical food emergency in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Drawing on Amanda’s experience and relationships in the local nonprofit network as the Founder of Fair Chance, Families4Families is a full Marshall affair.   Now, four years out, F4F is a nationwide nonprofit, based in Washington DC, that mobilizes young leaders to combat food insecurity through lasting partnerships with grassroots organizations.
